[Spridgets] what's the story on Moss'

OK.  Now, I have to confess that I've never weighed the stock wheels.
However, I'm going to guess (not having hefted one for at least several
months) around 15#.....and the wire wheels are a few pounds more.
......But, what do Moss' Panasports, and Minators weigh?
