[Spridgets] Amphicar (sort of LBC)

One of the locals got an Amphicar when I was kid living on the Mississippi
river. They drove off the launching ramp and then started waving
frantically. Their top speed in the water was about 7mph. The speed of the
current was about 7mph. They were about fifty feet south of the ramp and
couldn't get back. The fire dept. had to come and throw them a rope.
Maybe they'd do better in a lake. On land it drove pretty good...for a boat.
