I was looking at a spitfire without a title, and called our DMV here
in Arizona.  They require a bonded title...

1) Bring/tow to DMV
2) They appraise value
3) Purchase bonded title based on appraised value: can't remember
cost, want to say it was percentage of appraised value.
4) After a period of time, if no claims, you get clear title.  Want to
say it was 2 years.

Moral of the Story: probably not worth a stop in AZ.
