The originals are called Speed Nuts, and are available at some better 
hardware stores or any auto body supply shop.
I believe the originals were 1/8" with a 3/8 head.  New speed nuts work 
fine, it's the old ones that may have rusted where it counts that are a 
problem.
There is also the push on clips like on the Sprite boot badge that work 
but getting them on some of those pins up in the nooks can be a pain.
