Nobody is *responsible* for the weather other than the creator! Only
charlatans tell people they can give accurate weather predictions more than
5 days in advance.  ;-)

Right now it is a bit too early for any kind of specifics. I will start
putting together an outlook in a few days and send it out to the lists and
to registered attendees.
