[Spridgets] Engine pull

Just pulled the engine on my Sprite.  It took about 4 and a half hours  
though if hadn't have been so tired I guess I might have got it down to 4.15 or  
maybe a straight 4.
 
How do you guys manage to pull it quicker than that?
 
The engine''s out to resolve a clutch problem which looks to be excessive  
bearing drag in the roller release bearing eating into the clutch fingers.
