[Spridgets] Remember When

Does anybody else remember wedging a book of matches under one side of the tape to get it juuuust right so it would play the last track? If that was just me, I suppose the air shock rear suspension on my '67 Mustang jarred the tape head loose - I couldn't afford a fancy British sports car at the time... ;-)

Frank,

I used to use "splicing" tape............ Scotch Adhesive Tape ;)

I also used to fix broken tape cases .......... The tape out of a
broken case would go in the case from a less desirable music (but
good) case. I think my Trilogy tape eventually wound up in a
Lawrence Welk case.

Which, of course, begs the question, "what were you doing with a Lawrence
Welk tape"? I assume it wasn't to impress the babes?
