I run them on my CRX, and I'm happy with them.
I'm very picky about tires, and you're absolutely right about most of them
being too hard.  Those high mileage tires are really dangerous on a light
car.

Speaking of the HTR 200s, I have a brand new set of them in a 175/50-13 that 
I don't need.  Tire Rack lists them at $48 ea.
