Hello Frank,

     he has given ME assurance that the weather will be perfect for
     the 16 days from june 21st when i leave Western Washington until
     i return on or by July 6th, that the weather will be

     PERFECT... no rain, not too hot, the occasional cloud or two just
     to keep the sky interesting, but nothing for which i would need
     to even bring along my top..... unless it is to prevent sunburn
     driving across the Great Plains......
