1) Drive to glass place with frame and glass. Donuts may help your cause.
2) Remove $35 from wallet, give it to glass guy
3) Pick up windshield assembly 15 minutes later.
4) Reinstall windshield assembly on car.

The one job I will always outsource is the windshield. It's not worth the struggle.
