[Spridgets] Midget windshield assembly

Somewhere deep in the archives I believe someone once mentioned that one 
should allow the glass guy to buy the glass, because if he breaks it, it's 
his problem and not yours.  I suppose if one were to walk in with their own 
glass, they might want to talk about that ahead of time.
