[Spridgets] PCV ?

Hello,

       Soooooo

       I got the mineral spirits out, and cleaned up the replacement
       flying saucer. It IS in great shape.. all nice a clean, no
       holes, all good. pulled the hose from the manifold.. ..

       WHAT'S THIS? some sort of DOOO-DAAH inline thingy! The engine
       builder TOLD me there was a PCV valve there, but it sure didn't
       look like there was anything at all. I'll be dipped!
