[Spridgets] Autocross Re: Rear sway bar

The fact is that in autocross it's preferable to have a lot of oversteer in  
a Spridget.  The rear sway bar ensures that there is a lot of  oversteer.  
Autocrossing is just about the only branch of motorsports where  more oversteer 
than a standard car exhibits would be useful.
