[Spridgets] Garage

Wow!  What a pain just to build a garage!  Now I know why they call it
the People's Republic of California!

All I had to do here to create a 1400 square foot garage was to get HOA
approval to expand the existing 3 car garage to the back.   Looks the
same from the street as it did before.

Then again, HOA's are sometimes National Socialists and lack of city
controls means there are trailer homes nearby...
