[Spridgets] Tire growth

I think big slicks on a drag racer grow more so than do conventional tires.

But I think the "growth factor"  from the bowling & grippo site is more relevant to 
conventional tires and for those seeking final drive ratios.  

"S" rated tires probably have extra belting in them to limit growth.
