[Spridgets] calculating speed

You need more power and less drag rather than different gearing to make  this 
happen.  The engine in my Sprite will safely rev to 8000rpm but makes  less 
power than it does at 7000rpm so consequently the car is geared for top  speed 
a lot less than 8000rpm.
