[Spridgets] Weber 32/36 fuel pumps and ignition spark

The distance to the tank is not a major problem, but the pump does
need to be as low as possible to insure that it will get fuel when it
is dry. One thing to watch, tese pumps do tend to run warm, and don't
like being over-heated. I had one that was constantly failing till
someone pointed out I had it mounted too close to the exhaust. 3"
further away and it worked fine.

Also be aware the DGV style Webers are a little sensitive to fuel
pressure. Mine likes about 2.5 - 3 psi. I recommend using the
regulator with any electric pump.
