In my opinion you should keep that Big Healey mostly stock. If you want to transplant and go fast put that $2000 Ford V8 in a Miata chassis. For the time and effort involved, the Monster Miata will give you much better performance, especially around corners. The Big Healey would be more fun as a stock roadster than a V8 platform.
