Larry,
In Missouri, we refer to these vehicles as "Donor-cycles."
Although we do have a helmet law, you can't fix stupid. The Highway 
Patrol will just let Darwin do the work.

I find it amusing that he is passing the Missouri Dept of
Transportation sign on what should be an illegal bike.
