criminal element gets by with everything.  Imagine a bad guy getting your
ammo from a shooting range
and they use it in a crime.

With the coding on the ammo, the cops will come after you. . .

Plus this legislation will cost the ammo manufacturers will have to spend
near a million bucks to set up a system to code their bullets. .  this
legislation is being promoted by the people who make the machines
that will encode the ammo. . they are going to make big profits.
