[Spridgets] Hand brake cable

The 1500's only had the cable across the back for '78-'79. '77 and
earlier used rods like the 1275.

All the E brake cables are the same. I find NOS cables on Ebay all the
time. 
But I do have one that was in the Holy Sprite for damn near a whole week
;)
