[Spridgets] low light

A dirty connection will cause increased resistance in the circuit. This will
reduce current flow and the voltage across the bulb making it dimmer than it
should be.

OK in the AM I'll clean the bullet connectors and use dielectric grease but
I am surprised they would give any light at all as I thought with bulbs in
general they are ether on or off.
