Yes, to echo BZ, Clark is pretty good. I know of people who have used Clark welders for years and years with no problems. Italians do make good transformers, rectifiers, and power supplies, particularly the Irem brand. MIG is by far the easiest welding. Make sure you get a gas regulator and use the gas, otherwise it is just a fancy wire feed stick welder.
