[Spridgets] Floor panel replacement

I'm in the process of replacing the Drivers side floor pan in my Bugeye. I
have the new floor fitting well but I would like to replace the rail that the
floor is fastened to. The one that the seat rail bolts to. Is this rail
available? I can't seem to locate it at moss. Also my brother has a body shop
and he wants me to glue the new floor in. any thoughts??
