 I think they started as a quasi-scam by facilitating money transfers
but keeping the funds for a day or two and investing/loaning the funds
overnight.  That's why it takes a day or two to dump funds into your
bank account.  Funny how that works, eh?  Withdrawals FROM your
account are instant, but deposits TO your account take days.

I still use PayPal, but I keep my eye on them and never let them have
access to very much money.
