I've met him at work a few times, as he likes to come buy and see our manufacturing, he's a really good guy. This clip is precious - why can't they all be like this? For the record we've added real jobs the last 5 years, including another 3% last week. We employ crazy HR strategies like treating people like human beings and actually building stuff ourselves.
