[Spridgets] Midget headlight switch

Did those guys at Classic Motorsports ever finish the Midget resto?  I gave 
up on them and quit buying the magazine years ago -  too many artuicles on 
restoring Suddard's latest Volvo or Datsun Z and not enough on British iron.
