[Spridgets] No LBC - Miata question

I have something like that which lives under my front seat of my BMW.  If
that fuse goes, only a couple things work like hazards and locks.

Not sure about the starter, but I'm not about to test it.

I recall someone dropping a wrench over a battery in a Mitsubishi and
surprisingly not welding itself to it, but blowing a main fuse like that

What's a "main fuse"?  Starters aren't fused.
