Sounds like you need more clamping power from the pressure plate or more
grabbing power from the clutch disc.  How long ago did you last replace these
items?  I assume somebody makes a heavier duty version for racing - that might
be the way to go. 
 
Had similar issues with my Mustang once a bunch of performance stuff had upped
the power significantly.  Finally fixed it by using the pressure plate from an
F350 if I remember correctly.  Only problem was my knee shaking when I had to
depress the clutch...

Shifting under full (or near full) throttle causes the clutch to slip like
crazy but will catch up when you let up a little. Once hooked up there is not
slippage.

This started prior to the installation of the cross flow.

Any thoughts?
