[Spridgets] Hub Nut

Looks like the rear axle hub nut is a unique size on my bugeye.  None  of my 
sockets fit. Looks to be between 1-13/16" and 1-7/8".  What have  folks used 
to remove / install them?
 
Also, what should be the torque when installing?
