[Spridgets] how to use an ohm meter to test an ignition coil?

Update,

I'm ordering a new Bosch blue coil and condenser because the primary test
was 2.9 ohms and the secondary was 8K ohms. Has anyone converted to
electronic ignition? Maybe I should do that. Any thoughts?
