[Spridgets] steering wheel and hub adaptor

I'm looking for a 12" steering wheel and hub adaptor to fit a stock  
steering column on a bugeye.
Does anyone have a source I can check?  The vendors can't seem to tell  
me if the hub adaptors will match the bugeye splines.

I know there's a vendor at Carlisle each year.  I don't know there  
name.  Anyone use them?
