Ok, it's everything that I was looking for even the color..

'66 (I thought '67) XKE Coupe, 4.2 liter engine with the covered  
headlights..

it's gonna need some work but .. well.. I'm used to that.  Going to  
have to sell one of my SAAB Sonett's, # 217.. any takers?  ;-)
