Oh, THAT'S the reason!  You should have said so in the beginning.  THAT
explains it all.  Oh, the Jarheads make good messenger boys for the skipper,
and once in a while pretty good book ends.  And, I do remember they made
fair allies in Navy/Marine bar fights with ground pounders on Army posts
(and once with some of HM sailors).  After that, you have reach about the
end of domesticated usefulness.  But, they are kinda cute to keep around.

No - civilian! USAF left him at the side of the runway. He is USMC retired,
so he had some colorful opinions on the matter, still does.
