[Spridgets] Fuel pump

While we are on the topic of electric fuel pumps....

I chisled out this circuit from National Semiconductor's application note 162.

It will only power on the fuel pump if the engine is turning over.
I ordered the parts and should attempt to build the cicuit this weekend.

I'll let you know how it goes.  If I make any alterations I will post an update.
