[Spridgets] Car Dealer question, absolutely NO LBC

My mother's orders to both my brother and myself were, if we wanted a 
car, we earned the money to pay for it plus one year of full coverage 
insurance before we were allowed to drive it off the ranch. My TD cost 
$800, but the insurance was $1200. It would seem that insurance 
companies don't care for 15 year old kids driving sports cars.
