Yes, actually.  This engine is in the Midget:

so, while not original, it does have a plastic fan in it at the moment.  You
can offer more, if you wish.  Be aware though that some people lose their
tempers over want of them.  If you wish to be less controversial, I can
replace it with the metal fan, which sports somewhat fresh paint.
