Any RB Midget has one, so any RB Midget parts car.
Or make one from an MGB brake pedal and the Spridget gas pedal linkage 
rod by welding the MGB pedal to the Spridget cross over rod.
Use an MGB brake/clutch pedal pad and it's done.
