[Spridgets] Spinning shift knob

[Brad Fornal]

All shift knobs I purchased that were thread specific, had a locknut with
the knob. The "one size fits all" with the plastic inserts, stopped
including the locknut. I guess he needs to try online for a vintage, thread
specific, shift knob.
