It should be Green, BRG.  Those 74 bumperettes are horrible.  Get rid
of them ASAP.
It looks very nice, but $12k in mechanical work?  $6k in paint?  $3k
interior?  $21k in resto not including the cost of the car?
Sounds a little fishy.  $13k might not be too bad for that car.
Either the PO overpaid for everything of it might be too good to
be true.
Also, the owner has extensive tools, including a lift, but the work
was done by a British car specialist?  That sounds fishy, too.
Maybe the current owner is flipping it for quick cash?
Offer $8500 if it is all it is claimed to be.
