My Bugeye came with red interior and it was originally a Nevada Biege car. 
Old English White also came with red interior.  It also states in the
decription of the car that the flat green color is not original.

Red door liners - the car was probably originally red.  I would guess the
valance carnage is the result of a home built forward tilting bonnet setup
based on the clamp hardware on the A-pillars.  It looks to be in fairly decent
shape overall, but I wouldn't pay $5400.
