[Spridgets] Soft top

There is a NOS soft top for sale near enough for me to drive and check it.  The label is Victoria British, Long??? and it was in a sealed box.  It has the fittings installed .  I know of no one selling tops now with fittings installed.  Is this top really old, is it a failed fitting that was resealed, or something different?
