I think Jay is correct on Innes Ireland.

Lessee...   If we can identify Caroll Shelby in the picture along with
Gurney, it has to be 1959 which was the first year for Gurney and the last
year for Shelby...

Other drivers who were active then include Chris Amon, David Hobbs, Stirling
Moss, Denny Hulme and John Surtees...  I don't know if any of them are in
this picture but it seems reasonable that a few might be....

BTW,   Sir Graham Hill is the proper spelling...   Not "Gram"
