[Spridgets] Health effects of LBCs

ASAP is not soon enough! Black = gangrene. It needs to be properly cared 
for immediately, or you can lose your foot or even your leg. Trust me on 
this one. My mother was an ICU nurse, and I have experienced gangrene 
first hand. It is nothing to play games with.
