[Spridgets] Inspection time again...

I had something similar happen in an old Toyota. Radio would come on
when you turned on the headlights. There was a cut wire behind the dash
that happened to be live when the lights were on, and the radio shorted
through it. Smack the dash and the radio would shut off.
