[Spridgets] No spark bugeye

I've checked and I have power to the coil, and I have checked the points.
Coil is grounded when point closed and not grounded when they are open.

At least one terminal in the dizzy should be insulated from ground.
Verify power to the coil.  Make sure other side of coil is grounded
when points are closed and not grounded when points are open.
