[Spridgets] Head Identification

I have a 12g290 head, and was recently discussing how much to mill of to run
my flattop 948 +20 pistons with David Anton of APT. His recommendation was to
mill ~ 0.080" off the original head (making the thickness 2.67" minimum) to
get ~ 10+:1 ratio. It looks like that's what has been done. Of course, your
compression ratio is higher being a 1098 to start with.
