If your hoses are suspect then replace them.
If not a test would be to bind it up again and crack the line at the
MC.  If there is pressure there then the MC is suspect.  If no
pressure at the MC but pressure at the caliper, then the hose is the
likely cause,
You could just ride around the block many times and stay close to home
or if you don't have access to a block then tow car to a large parking
lot or other suitable area.
