I beg to differ, this court has changed the interpretation of the
Constitution (o.k., the Constitution is the supreme law of the land) to give
corporations (which are never mentioned in the constitution) rights which
effectively trump the rights of the little guy.
Also consider the laws on patenting  DNA and GMO crops.  Small farmers whose
crops get contaminated with genes from GMO crops because of the natural
methods of fertilization (bees, wind, etc) cannot save their seeds for their
own next year's crop because they violate BIB agribiz patents.
