[Spridgets] Carlisle forecast

Nah.  30% of the forecast area got rain just like they said. You were just
in the unlucky 30%!!  70% of the folks around you are complaining because
they wanted rain and didn't get it. Just goes to show you Lincoln was right.
You can't please anybody anymore!    ;-)
